1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 7bdt and its users. In this document, "7bdt", "platform", "we", or "site" refers to the 7bdt website, mobile application, and all related services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on 7bdt or is using the platform.

7bdt is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform protected by SSL encryption. We are committed to ensuring fair play and store every member's information with the highest level of security.

These terms may be available in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any interpretive discrepancy, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use 7bdt's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Account registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and fully capable of accepting legal responsibility.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
• You must acknowledge that you are participating on the platform for your own benefit and using your own funds.

7bdt may request documents for age verification at any time. The account may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. 7bdt reserves the right to cancel any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. It is your duty to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account. 7bdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

3.3 Updating Information

If your personal information changes, update your account promptly. 7bdt will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits at 7bdt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Deposits from third-party bank accounts or mobile banking accounts are prohibited. The name of the depositor and the account name must match.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. A withdrawal request will only be processed after the verification process is complete.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

All transactions are carried out at your own risk. If a transaction fails due to a technical error, contact our support team immediately. We investigate every complaint with integrity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7bdt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making your total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount — not on the total deposit and bonus combined. Specifically: a 10× wagering requirement applies. This means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each promotion only once.
• There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus — the detailed terms of each offer apply separately.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 7bdt reserves the right to cancel any account found to be attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or unauthorized means.
• 7bdt reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

7bdt's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you advance to higher tiers, weekly cashback increases — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Diamond. VIP benefits are subject to change and 7bdt reserves the right to revise them at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on 7bdt are operated with a guarantee of fairness. Any form of cheating, automated betting via software (bots), or other dishonest methods is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific betting limits apply to each game and event. These limits are stated in the game rules, and 7bdt reserves the right to change the limits as needed.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical disruption occurs during a game (loss of internet connection, server issues), 7bdt will determine the outcome based on its records. 7bdt's decision in such matters will be considered final.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, suspended, or rescheduled, 7bdt will settle bets according to its own rules. 7bdt holds the sole authority to make decisions in cases of undetermined results or disputed matches.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7bdt and any violation will result in permanent account termination:

• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Deliberately placing bets with the intent of exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or security.
• Money laundering or other financial criminal activities.

If any of the above activities occur, 7bdt may seize the relevant balance, close the account, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

7bdt operates its platform to the highest standards. However, 7bdt will not be liable for financial or other losses in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by issues with the user's own internet connection or device.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyberattacks.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss resulting from a user sharing their account details with others.

7bdt's total liability in any case will not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 7bdt

7bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Failure to provide information required for account verification.
• Unusual transaction patterns that require investigation.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity against the platform.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed; however, any portion subject to unmet bonus wagering requirements may be forfeited.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

All data is secured through SSL encryption technology. We never sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may be required to share information with regulatory authorities due to legal obligations.
